Croydon, our response to Covid 19.
As an open and family friendly space, we are very aware that we have a responsibility, as do we all, during this crisis.
This is going to be a difficult time for everybody. Human contact is a human need.
We are currently open as normal; we will be keeping this under review.
What we are doing
While we always keep on top of cleanliness, we have instructed our colleagues to be extra careful in terms of sanitising all areas.
Our colleagues will be washing their hands even more regularly.
We told our colleagues some time ago that we would pay them full rate if they were sick.
What we ask you to do
If you are feeling unwell, please postpone your visit. We love our customers joy (and, honestly, money), but we would prefer them alive.
If you do need to cough or sneeze, please use your elbow.
Please wash your hands in our bathrooms on arrival.
You can do this for twice the length of Happy Birthday.
