Privacy Policy

We are committed to looking after our client's private information. We will only store data if;

• It is in fulfillment of a contract (IE You have bought something from us) OR
• You have explicitly allowed us to contact you for marketing purposes OR
• You have made a booking with us and we require your name, email, and phone number for fulfilling that booking OR
• You have entered a tournament or similar with us

All customer data is handled by encrypted services, and only accessible via passwords which are known only by senior staff.

We will not keep any data beyond 7 years from last contact by a customer. 

We will *never* make your information available to any third-party without your explicit consent.
