This is the feedback we have received from customers between reopening on the 8th July and the 8th August

It was so wonderful to be back! The only slight suggestion is that staff start actively monitoring tables a bit more - we wanted to swap games and knew we had to stay seated because of social distancing, so there was a good 10 minutes of us trying to catch someone’s eye. But that’s very minor - after all this horridness I genuinely had one of the best nights of this month with you guys. Thank you so much!

Great to see Ludoquist open again and working so hard in these difficult times to keep everyone safe but having fun

Literally every staff member we interacted with today were amazing. Really kind and willing to help with lots of smiles and banter. Food was really tasty with a very nice variety of food for everyone (great vegan options). Overall super happy with the experience.

Fabulous as always

It was amazing to be able to visit again! It felt safe and they did everything possible to comply with covid laws. We felt safe and had a great date night!

Still the coolest place in Croydon!

Love the new pasties :) Staff really helpful as always and great at the new social distancing rules. So nice to be back!

Excellent as always

Good pizza, 3 out of 4 drinks really enjoyed, generally easy enough to get games and understandable why you can't get them yourself, however it does effect atmosphere when you can't browse and get inspiration. Great response by a business to covid though.

I ordered two large cappucinos and two flat whites. Both cappucinos that came were regular............!

Staff - lovely, food - yummy, games - a lot of them :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had to do with the games.

We had the vegetarian pizza, Oreo Milkshake and Berry Smoothie which we were both very happy with. Great value for money.

The changes they have had to make due to Covid-19 were impressive and made us feel safe and comfortable.

We will be returning again!

My visit to Ludoquist was very pleasant. The food menu is varied and the cakes in particular are delicious. The staff is always very helpful and even though now behind the face masks, we can sense a smile every time we request anything.
The current set up due to Covid restrictions is reassuring and it makes up for a safe stay.

We had such a lovely time as our very first outing to a public 'inside' place. Everyone made us feel so welcome and safe, the sweet potato curry was amazing (as usual!) and we got to play some new games - we've not been able to try anything out for last 6 months! Thanks to all the Ludoquist team for the MASSIVE effort going into making everything safe - we really felt like that measures you've taken we very effective. See you soon! 

myself and my niece had a great time and will def be back. i was amazed by your array of games. cant fault anything. it was so relaxed as well.. thankyou so much.

Well spaced out and table service was very good. All the games we wanted were available and bought over to us when needed. We appreciated the free games time but we did make a donation to just over what we would normally pay as we want to support our local businesses.

Very friendly staff, amazing range of games

Great experience. Had a really good time... service was a little slow due to the covid restrictions and it would be great to have a little more interesting food choices but they're minor points really. Would defo come again when we had the opportunity

Wasn’t quite sure whether I should approach the counter as the staff seemed quite busy. We had a brilliant time though. We’ll be back.

I like that even though the place and the staff were observing social distancing my husband and I were still able to enjoy ourselves and feel safe

All very well organised and enjoyable. Couldn't fault really apart from perhaps being able to book more 4 hours rather than 3 which came and went a little quickly but fully understand the need to maximise customers with less tables possible.

Given current climate, felt totally safe. A fun day out. Thank you!

Friendly efficient service who also helped clarify the rules. We didn't eat but drinks were good with a varied selection. Felt safe and well thought-out for Covid measures

Really great to be able to come back. Love how sensible you guys are being re Covid with all the new systems you have in place. And the food & drinks are great esp the milkshakes! We really had a great time
